An anti bark citronella spray collar for dogs is the most humane out of all three main bark control devices.
These three types of devices include:
Barking Dogs Audio
Shock collars
Ultrasonic devices
Spray collars

Shock Collars
These are incredibly cruel and outdated devices which should never be used. Trying to control a dogbarking through the use of pain is unacceptable. Unfortunately these galvanic shock collars are still sold as "humane" devices: but that is only because the person is unable to feel the pain the dog does. Please stay away from shock devices.
Ultrasonic Devices
The jury is still out on whether these cause any pain to dogs, cats and other animals. We are unable to hear the very high pitched sound arrival from ultrasonic devices, and they are meant to halt barking in a dog. I don't often advise these products, but the better potential ones are still a much better explication compared with shock collars.
Spray Collars
By far the most humane formula or controlling excessive barking, citronella collars naturally shoot out a short burst of citronella smelling liquid. Dog's commonly don't like the smell and will stop barking. The collar should only be used to stop excessive barking, and not to control noise that is caused by lack of concentration or other behavioural issues.
Anti bark citronella spray collars are the best goods to buy if your dog's barking has got out of hand: for example if he barks all night, or at the neighbors.
You should try other methods of bark control before resorting to a spray collar, but if all else fails it is a wise and humane option.

They stopped being peace officers long ago and instead are law enforcement officers, primarily victimless laws comprised of millions of words that none of us can even possibly read, much less remember, but which provide them with an arsenal of excuses to harass innocent people. The notion of a peace officer is a thing of the past. A peace officer presumes you're innocent and sees his primary duty as protecting you from violent criminals. A law enforcement officer sees everyone as a potential violator of any one of those millions of words of laws and seeks to control you. They will never get back into anything resembling the role of a peace officer until we start standing up for EVERY SINGLE RIGHT. You are not compelled to answer your door for anyone. If they have a warrant, they will break in. Usually they do not. Usually they are sniffing around or looking for reasonable suspicion of a violation of one of their excuses for violence... er, I mean laws. blog.production-now.com Purpose: To learn the art of Foley and ADR. Basis: When shooting a scene for a movie, the main focus of the audio team is to capture the actors. The rest of the audio--walking, gun shots, dogs barking, food cooking--is often added in post. The last name of guy who started making these sound effects was Foley... and that's what it's called to this day. Sometimes, however, you can't get good audio of the actors either. To fix this, you have to bring them into the studio and have them dub their own lines over the video. This is the process of ADR, or Automatic Dialog Replacement, which is not at all Automatic in any way. Directions: Take a short scene from a movie and remove the audio. Then rebuild the entire audio track (dialog, sound effects, clothes rustling, music, etc) from scratch. Looking Forward: Filmmaking is so much more that entertainment--though it's great for that as well. Next, you'll take time to save someone else a little time. This is my first original upload. I made this using Windows Movie Maker. It's amateur quality at best. I should have polished up the transitions and timing between each picture to fit better with the music. Editing with Windows Movie Maker sucks though since the audio isn't synced up with the video timeline when you select a certain spot in the project. It's a stunning piece of music and it's a crime that the sound to the 200 Motels movie is horrible (and unrecoverably so), and the soundtrack album only a little better. I wanted to hear the vocal parts WITH the digitally recorded orchestral version which, despite Zappa's friction with the musicians, turned out spectacularly. In all sections but one, OST set the tempo to which the others were conformed. With three different conductors, wildly different tempi in sections, improvisation, and swing feel, timestretching was necessary. The sound of a lawnmower This is the sound of a lawnmower on a very windy Sunday afternoon. It comes with all the sounds that go with the activity—wind in the trees, leaves blowing across my yard, birds, bugs, dogs barking, and cars passing. Unfortunately, you can also hear the mowers hitting sticks and rocks (Dudes—clean your yards before you mow). I have been recording lawnmowers all summer and this October audio is the best of the recordings. This audio is not as loud as I would like because it a recording of my neighbor(s) mowing their lawns. Those of you that enjoy sleeping in your hammocks while the neighborhood slaves away (like me), will hopefully enjoy this. You should use headphones or earbuds to get the most from the audio. I hope that someone finds this relaxing.

You can't quite help but love a kids' Christmas album that will bravely package rappers Run-D.M.C. with folkies Robin and Linda Williams or the pop-folkie Roches as they take delightful liberties with "Frosty the Snowman" and Chuck Berry's rockin' classic "Run Rudolph Run." Even more satisfying is the touching Tish Hinojosa tune sung from the point of view of a young girl as she grows up and has her own kids ("Arbolito"), Pete Seeger's "Behold the Star," and Gene Autry's cowboy croon on "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."
